Here are a few things you should know about our delivery system.

1. We dispatch parcels on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
2. Sometimes we will attempt to dispatch on Saturdays, but this is not guaranteed.
3. If you order on a dispatch day like Monday, we will dispatch your package on the subsequent dispatch day, which is Wednesday.
4. Dispatching a package means that a parcel has left our storage facility. Depending on how far you are from Nairobi, you could receive the package the same day, the next day, or a couple of days from the day it is dispatched. This information is communicated to you on the dispatch day.

Below is a list of things we think you should know about returning an item.

1. We only accept returns if a product delivered to you is faulty (torn/discolored/uneven). However, this is an unlikely event since we individually inspect all the products for quality before dispatching them.
2. For returned products, you could get a refund or an exchange for another similar product.
3. If you return a product, you are responsible for the delivery fees incurred during the return.
