Here's how we handle deliveries; We'll use an example to keep it simple:

1. You make an order on a Monday.
2. We process the order and dispatch on Tuesday evening (outside Nairobi), or Wednesday morning (Nairobi and it's environs).
3. Your order arrives on Wednesday regardless of your location in Kenya (Thursday for Dar es Salaam).

Normally, you'll receive a notification from your courier upon the arrival of your order.

However, this doesn't always happen for orders going outside Nairobi (don't get frustrated).

Visit the parcel office of the courier we used to ship your order on Thursday (following our example above.)

We like to keep your experience with us as painless as possible. That said, here's what you need to know about returning an item:

1. We only accept returns if a product delivered to you is faulty (torn/discolored). However, this is an unlikely since we individually inspect all the products before dispatch.
2. For returned products, you could get a refund or an exchange for another similar product. Returns are only valid if the items are returned 7 days after the day an order is dispatched.
3. If you return a product, you are responsible for the delivery fees incurred during the return, unless the return was triggered by a fault from our end.
4. We don't exchange or accept returns of sensitive, intimate products for hygiene purposes.
5. We also don't exchange white products.
